  • Not at all. Many people come to therapy simply because something doesn't feel quite right — a sense of going through the motions, or a quiet awareness that how they're living isn't quite how they want to be living. You don't need to be at a breaking point to deserve support.

  • Sessions are weekly at a consistent time. This regularity helps create a steady, containing therapeutic space where real exploration can happen.

  • Yes - at the moment all sessions are held online via secure video, from anywhere in the UK or internationally.

  • We'll talk about what's brought you to therapy, answer any questions you have, and get a sense of how we might work together. There's no pressure to commit - it's simply a starting point.

  • This varies depending on your needs and what you're hoping to explore. Some people find a shorter period of work helpful; others prefer longer, open-ended therapy. We'll discuss what might suit you.

  • Yes. Confidentiality is central to the therapeutic relationship. I practise in line with the BACP Ethical Framework, and we'll discuss this in detail when we begin.
