First Session
The first session is a gentle starting point. We'll talk about what's brought you to therapy, explore your background, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
There's no pressure to have everything figured out. Many people arrive uncertain about what they need - that's completely fine.
The first session is simply an opportunity to begin.
Online Therapy
All sessions take place online via secure video. This gives you access to therapy from anywhere in the UK - or internationally - in a way that fits around your life.
What to Expect
Therapy offers a regular, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Sessions are 50 minutes and take place weekly at a consistent time - this regularity matters, and is part of what makes the space feel containing and trustworthy over time.
