Introduction

You may appear to be coping on the outside - meeting expectations, keeping things moving - while internally feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself.

Many people who come to therapy aren't in crisis. They've simply noticed that something isn't quite right. That they're going through the motions. Existing, rather than truly living.

Therapy offers a confidential space to slow down, explore what's happening beneath the surface, and begin to understand what might need to change - so that life can start to feel more like something you're genuinely part of, rather than something you're enduring.

How I Work

My approach is integrative, with a strong foundation in psychodynamic therapy. We explore not only what's happening for you now, but the deeper patterns and experiences that may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond.

The aim isn't simply to help you cope. It's to help you understand yourself more deeply - and to create the conditions where real change becomes possible.
